Shortly after the introduction of the Medium Density Codes, we were called on to assist wit advocating for maximising the design and amenity and move away from a hum drum triplex configuration. The site features two street facing units, tree preservation, northern light maximisation, and demonstrates what’s possible when the focus is on design amenity, and not tick box compliance.
