We were engaged to assist with securing planning approval in a period of transition between planning frameworks. Also assisting with design review facilitation and managing the consultant team, a collaborative approach was undertaken to assist with addressing both the soon to be outgoing, and incoming planning framework, and to assist with an approval which will serve as a catalyst for redevelopment in the locality.
