Following strong sales results, a second stage was embarked upon by our Client right across the road. The site had a direct interface with single residential housing, along with a 5 storey height allowance, meaning development interface was a primary consideration. Luckily the client wanted to maximise ocean views, and pulled the building away from abutting residents preserving amenity, and working within the planning controls.
