Jindalee Stage 1
An ambitious project, in a location earmarked for density nearly two decades prior. Capitalising on an ultimate waterfront location, with 360 degree active elevations, the site afforded much needed density and diversity into a seaside village. The scale of development caught locals off-guard; much of our engagement was balancing development rights and expectations, with stepping through the design review and planning process.
