Cygnus Parade

A long site, with direct access to a dual use path on one side, and a street frontage on another provided unique opportunities to blend the existing suburban context with an infill built form. The idea of integrating terrace townhouses into the same built form as an apartment building laid the foundation for a well considered urban insertion into a suburban area. Overcoming critical design review feedback was critical to advancing the project towards approvals.
