Clark Street 

A small scale infill project, in a hyper inflamed local political climate where many projects were being refused simply because they were not a single house. Dissecting the project into a series of steps, we focussed on de-risking the project, first with design review, responding to council feedback, and facilitating Development Approval, transforming a site from a derelict bungalow, to five new homes, breathing new life into Clark Street.
